A 52-card deck without Jokers is used in the game of Poker. It is pretty much a game of chance. There are a lot of skilled and experienced poker players, but when it concerns the deal of the cards there is nothing they can do. Before you sit down at a poker table make sure to read the sign next to the dealer which shows the minimum table limit. After you make the first minimum bet, five cards are dealt at first, face down, to each player. There is a betting round after the first deal. You must at least call to stay into the game. You can leave all the cards or you can throw away some of them. If you have good cards you can hold all of them, if you have bad cards you can throw away all of them as well. The cards which were thrown away will be replaced with the same number of cards. Then there is the last deal, which is followed by the betting round.
