So how does the betting work? In most games you must at least ante something just to get cards dealt. After receiving cards players have to make a choice. You can call. If you call you have to make a bet at least equal to the previous bet made by another rplayer. If you make the highest bet on the table, it is called raising. After you call the other amount it is basically up to you how much you want to bet.
