The cards of other players can be moved only after the dealer racks the pot. You can’t touch or move the cards of other player without their permission. Put your cards face down and put a chip on them. In this case you can be sure that your cards are safe. The player to the dealer’s right is offered to cut the deck. The player can cut the deck himself or let the player to his right do it. The cards can be dealt without cutting. It is called tapping. Never answer the mobile phone during the game.
