Deuces Wild is a video poker game played with a standard 52-card deck. The main feature of the game is deuces (2s) which stand for wild cards. The only single card you must always hold is a deuce. Get rid of a single card, which is an ace or any other high card. Never discard a deuce. It can and will be done if you're not paying attention. The only time you might even think of this is if you have a shot at a natural royal. Never keep any other card you consider to be high in combination with a deuce. Again, don't think that holding a high card with a deuce adds any value; it only hurts. There is no point in holding two pair. You must discard one pair (it doesn't matter which) and draw three.
