All bets made by all players go in a pile of chips in the center of the table, called the pot. If you don’t want to meet the highest bet by some other player you can’t compete for the pot. After making all the bets there is a showdown. The player who has the strongest hand is the winner. The player can make a very high bet, which will not be supported by other players. In this case other players have to fold and the player with the high bet is the winner without showing his cards. Poker is played with a 52-card deck. Each player receives one cards at a time.
