The cards of other players can be moved only after the dealer racks the pot. You can’t touch or move the cards of other player without their permission. You cards are safe if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on top of them. The dealer has to offer a cut of the deck to the player to his right. The player can cut, tap or pass the cut to the player to his right. The cards can be dealt without cutting. It is called tapping. If you answer your mobile phone in the middle of a hand it means that you fold your hand. You’d better leave the phone at home or turn it off. Players can’t talk to each other during the game. Never use profanity and obscenities during the game. Shouting is forbidden. Nobody can make you stay in the casino longer than you wish. You must hold the dealer and his job in respect. If you lose and think that the dealer is to blame, you are mistaken. Cards must be discarded on a low line of flight so that people can't see them.
