The cards of other players can be moved only after the dealer racks the pot. You can’t touch or move the cards of other player without their permission. You cards are safe if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on top of them. The cut of the deck is offered to the player to the dealer’s right. The player can cut the deck himself or let the player to his right do it. If the player decides to tap it means that there is no need for cutting.
